Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to post to your original form of payment.

Unshipped:

We will accept changes or the cancellation of your order for items .

Shipped out:

We couldn't be able to cancel or change after the package was shipped out, sorry for that.

In the case of pre-orders, you may cancel anytime as long as the item has not completed production. Production status can be found in the item description.
